The opportunity

• Support the Project Manager with project coordination between various design teams
• Assist in the monitoring and reporting of the project scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinating and tracking project deliverables
• Resolve design challenges with internal and external collaborators
• Support engineering analysis and design led by discipline teams in locations remote from Ottawa
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
• Support and coordinate the delivery of high quality, on time deliverables that meet the project intent and client needs
• Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical teams
• Apply project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools to meet project objectives
