YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Having completed a BEng, MEng or MSc level degree in a in a building/civil engineering or related discipline or construction/project management
- Candidates must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years for the purpose of security vetting
- A basic understanding of health and safety legislation, including CDM Regulations
- A basic understanding of the various types of procurement methods for construction projects and the contract/commercial administration requirements.
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Ability to write high quality reports
