REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret lease agreements proficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in drafting professional correspondence.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work within a structured process.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using MRI or other property management software is an advantage but not essential.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Commercial Property Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop their skills in commercial property management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the management of our property portfolio, ensuring that tenants receive a high standard of service and that all lease obligations are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tenant Communication: Draft and send correspondence to tenants regarding property management matters, including arrears, lease responsibilities, and building maintenance.
  • Lease Management: Read and interpret lease agreements to understand tenant responsibilities and ensure compliance.
  • Facilities Coordination: Liaise with facility managers to ensure that maintenance works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with lease terms.
  • Property Administration: Maintain accurate property records, update MRI property management system, and ensure all data is kept up to date.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with raising purchase orders (POs) and tracking payments related to property management activities.
  • Arrears Management: Monitor and follow up on outstanding tenant payments in line with company policies.
  • General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the wider property management team as required.
