Recruitment isn’t get rick quick scheme but if you stick at it and have the capability you should be earning over £50k in 2-3 years with many top performers making £70k plus in Brighton and Hove
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in sales OR recruitment, with a proven track record of business development via phone, email, LinkedIn
- A professional, serious approach to work, viewing recruitment as a long-term career option
- Ability to work 5 days per-week in office
- Clear communication skills with the ability to strategise for both short term and bigger picture goals
- Demonstrable strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Mastering a niche tech vertical market - learning your markets
- Attracting and Headhunting top tier talent
- Developing and strengthening client and candidate relationships
- Diligently managing the full recruitment process
- Spotting and capitalising on new commercial opportunities
- Strong admin and organisational skills, ability to build your database of contacts and information
