ABOUT YOU

• You are a recent graduate, with some sales experience
• You are aggressively seeking a fulfilling career, where there is no glass ceiling on achievements
• A quick learner, who also practices self-improvement

If you don’t have a degree, we may consider you if you are of graduate calibre, with the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (you can write copy without using Chat GPT)
• Someone who takes responsibility for self-directed study and self-improvement
• Proven research skills

You will be trained to headhunt select personnel for assignments in the USA’s Roofing Sector.
The role includes, but is not limited to, advertising roles, sourcing candidates, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and negotiating job offers between clients and candidates.
Due to the nature of our business, working hours are 11.30pm – 8.30pm, Monday to Thurs and 11.00am – 5.30pm Fridays.
