Description:
We’re excited to expand our SHEQ division with Health & Safety, Quality or Sustainability and Environmental Graduates to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2025 intake, based in Maple Lodge office with regular site visits throughout the Thames Water Framework working alongside the SHEQ team.
Responsibilities:
Working within the SHEQ team you will support the commercial manager by providing assistance in the following;
- Understanding our approach to managing SHEQ risk and delivering best in class performance
- Integrating within the wider project teams to understand day to day challenges
- Working with our clients to deliver collaborative approaches to SHEQ
- Exposure to the project management lifecycle of project delivery
- Highlighting opportunity for sustainable solutions
- Trending and analysis of key performance data
- Maintenance of our externally certified management systems
