✅ A Comprehensive Development Framework
Our program combines on-the-job learning, web-based and in-person training, and regular performance reviews to support your continuous growth.
✅ Expert Guidance and Mentorship
You’ll work closely with an experienced manager who will mentor you, help you develop essential skills, and empower you to take charge of your development journey. Additionally, you’ll have a buddy, a dedicated HR contact, and a mentor from our senior leadership team to guide you throughout the program and beyond.
✅ Exposure to Key Supply Chain Functions
As part of the Bosch Rexroth Belgium team, you will report directly to the Manager of Supply Chain and rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience in:
Warehouse Operations: Learn the ins and outs of inbound and outbound logistics, claim registration, goods preparation for service and assembly, stock evaluation, and follow-up.
Procurement: Understand the key tasks of our procurement team, including internal order registration, supplier interaction, and order follow-up.
Sales Interaction: Gain customer-facing experience by working with quotations, pricing strategies, CRM tools, and order management processes.
Your Development Goals: The program is structured to give you a broad overview of the supply chain ecosystem, helping you build foundational knowledge and practical skills. Under the guidance of your mentor, you’ll work on developing your competencies and exploring potential career paths within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field.
Work Experience: A maximum of two years of professional experience post-graduation.
Digitalization Enthusiast: A strong interest in and affinity for digitalization and its applications in the supply chain.
Self-Driven Learner: Ability to take ownership of your development, complete required training programs, and demonstrate your progress through proof of training.
Hands-On Attitude: A practical mindset with the willingness to actively participate in projects, both in the office and on the field.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of either Dutch-English or French-English (bilingual fluency required).
Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary, adapting to the dynamic nature of the role.
