Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to join our Systems team as a Graduate Systems Analyst. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates looking to start their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our company’s IT systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify problem areas in the business and put together proposals to implement and improve systems.
- Assist team members with technical queries.
- Create and update support materials for different modules of the system.
- Lead best practices within data entry and validate data entered into the system.
- Manage bug fix and feature requests from the wider team.
- Perform any other duties as appropriately assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Natural problem solver: you thrive on fixing things.
- Customer service experience of 1 year.
- Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite, and friendly manner, both written and verbal.
- An interest in property and technology.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a support/helpdesk environment.
- Experience writing support materials.
- Experience testing software would be beneficial.
- Previous internship or work experience in an IT support role is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
