ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity for ambitious and talented Technical Graduate BAs to participate in the various exciting projects and to gain valuable experience in the Mobile Software Applications industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will:

• Be part of the technical interface between the customer, scrum team, and commercial teams.
• Work closely with the Tech Leads on the technical solutions being delivered.
• Assist with Interpreting requirements from clients and translating into technical requirements.
• Participate in internal and external technical discussions during scoping and delivery phases.
• Help to Support commercial teams during technical pre-sales discussions.
• Be supported to partake in hand-overs demos to our customers.
• Provide analysis skills to identify solutions and opportunities from customer requirements.
• Support mkodo in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of its ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Adhere to all relevant mkodo ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures and requirements at all times.
• Complete any reasonable tasks relating to the mkodo ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
