Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Degree holder in any related field either in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing
  • Strong analytical skill in Sales Management & Client Portfolio data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship with internal stakeholder
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales leaders in providing the Daily Sales Report, Account Planning, Sales coaching tools, feedback and development tools to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Track structured pipeline and sales tracking management framework.
  • Monitor and analyze sales productivity, product participation, wealth penetration, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes.
  • Actively manage the client portfolio management framework to increase clients’ product holdings
