Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Malaysian citizen
- Degree holder in any related field either in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing
- Strong analytical skill in Sales Management & Client Portfolio data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship with internal stakeholder
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales leaders in providing the Daily Sales Report, Account Planning, Sales coaching tools, feedback and development tools to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Track structured pipeline and sales tracking management framework.
- Monitor and analyze sales productivity, product participation, wealth penetration, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes.
- Actively manage the client portfolio management framework to increase clients’ product holdings
