· Ability to work autonomously or in a team.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Progress Openedge.
· Knowledge of Asterisk open source PBX.
· IT Security.
· Knowledge of Linux based Operating Systems.
· Knowledge of Progress Openedge databases.

PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE IN:

• Angular
• Bootstrap
• JavaScript
• jQuery

ABOUT THE ROLE:

DDI Software are looking for a driven graduate to join their buzzing team. You will form part of a dynamic and growing software development team and play a key role in the ongoing development and maintenance of the software products.
Furthermore, you will be able to progress at a rapid pace with the support of the rest of the team. Some major ongoing projects that you could be involved in include the redevelopment of the flagship product to a modern web front end, development of client required ad hoc work and the relaunch of our flagship telephony solution.
If you are a keen learner, you will gain experience in a wide range of technologies including; web development, database design, maintenance and configuration, telephony systems and their development and project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Skill up and gain detailed knowledge of the software products developed and maintained by DDI
· Skill up on latest web development environments and technologies
· Enhance the user experience by developing modern web front ends for our solutions
· Project manage and deliver our clients’ software requirements
· Assist in the ongoing database design, configuration and maintenance of the database element of our software solutions
· Help deliver innovation proactively through enhancing current solutions and developing new ones
