YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will work as a Junior Underwriter in the Nordics Financial Lines team, focusing on developing the Professional Indemnity (PI) portfolio in Sweden.
• You will underwrite profitable new and renewal business to meet Financial Lines targets for growth and profitability.
• You will ensure all underwriting is in line with established guidelines, underwriting authority, and compliance requirements.
• You will collaborate closely with the Senior PI Underwriter for the Nordics, based in Denmark, to develop strategies and solutions.
• You will work hand-in-hand with the local distribution team to identify opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• You will analyze risks, prepare quotes, and provide tailored insurance solutions for clients.
• You will contribute to the team’s overall success by sharing ideas, supporting projects, and enhancing workflows.
• You will develop a deep understanding of the market, trends, and client needs to drive sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Completion of a bachelor’s university degree by September 2025 in a relevant field of study
• Adaptability and Flexibility- Able to adapt and work effectively in different situations and remain calm under pressure
• Communication- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork- Have a pro-active and positive attitude to team work, able to assist others and also take on your own responsibilities
