Skills and experiences

• You are a 4th-year HBO student or a WO master’s student looking for an educational and challenging graduation internship in IT consultancy starting in February/March, 2025;
• You have an interest in Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and innovative technology solutions;

About you

• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch/French and English;
• You are motivated to conduct a successful graduation project, work proactively and independently, and enjoy meeting new people!
• You are eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects that make a difference.

What you’ll do
Development of a Knowledge assist Chatbot for Microsoft Teams
The project involves developing a chatbot for Microsoft Teams that assists employees by answering common firm-related questions, such as leave policies, benefits information, onboarding procedures, and general HR inquiries. The chatbot will utilize the firm’s knowledge base, which may include FAQs, policy documents, and employee handbooks, to provide accurate and timely responses. The intern will work on the end-to-end process of designing, training, and deploying the bot using natural language processing (NLP) and Microsoft Bot Framework.
