• Department: Government, Corporate, and Foundation Grant Team
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Hospitals: Ascension Alexian Brothers, Ascension Alexian Brothers Rehabilitation Hospital, Ascension St Alexius, Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health and Ascension St Joseph -Chicago
• Location: Remote
  Ability to travel to the hospitals listed above and orginizations within Illinois during the first year of employement at candidate’s expense.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Coordinate and implement activities to identify, apply for and manage public/private sector grant opportunities.

• Identify grant fundable priority projects, facilitates involvement of key personnel, gather information and assist with project development.
• Prepare grant applications.
• Write letters of inquiry and prepare preliminary and final proposals.
• Gather all supporting documents required for grant submission.
• Design, implement and manage a system to track and report on the status of all requested and received grants and related information.
• Support gift programs with fiscal advice, including resource allocation, financial analysis and stewardship.
