Responsibilities:

  • Performs relevant research to identify available Grant opportunities and evaluate the results.
  • Develops and makes recommendations to Vice President of Treasury Management regarding policies, procedures, and controls relating to Grants; assists in the implementation of same.
  • Oversee if the Grants are implemented according to the operational and financial needs of the Airport.
  • Keeps relevant airport staff informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities.
  • Oversees the job of accounting, reporting, and the performance of other administrative functions to ensure successful execution of Grant process.
  • Reviews project, contract, and other supporting Grant related data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with grantor agency and internal requirements. Maintains records of all payments and receivables for all Grant related activities.
  • Directly involved in Grant writing by coordinating with the Grants Administrators.
  • Advises and instructs staff, management, and other interested parties in the Grant.
  • Create and maintain Schedule of Values (SOV) for new contracts and Delivery Orders.
