Description:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Require post-baccalaureate credentials or a bachelor’s degree plus alternative or equivalent professional training and experience may be substituted for the advanced degree on an exceptional basis.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional communication skills including written and verbal
- Clear and concise organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of creating, implementing, and assessing processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be comfortable making important decisions quickly.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
The Research Administrator will be supporting Dr. Cathrine Hoyo’s Lab, the Epidemiology and Environmental Epigenetics group in the Department of Biological Sciences. This role will serve as the primary liaison and manager for daily tasks related to multiple NIH-funded multidisciplinary and inter-institutional grants, with a focus on human subjects research. This role requires a strong background in research administration, project management, and an in-depth understanding of NIH grant processes, regulatory compliance, and institutional policies
