ABOUT THE ROLE
Transport & Environment (T&E), Europe’s leading clean transport think tank and campaign group, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Grants Officer to join our operations team and support our policy teams in the successful planning and execution of T&E’s grants. This role is instrumental in enabling us to drive impactful change for a cleaner, sustainable future.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Grants Officer main responsibilities will be to act as liaison between different funders, policy teams and finance staff, coordinating their work to ensure timely and high-quality grant proposals and reports. This includes:
- Support day-to-day follow up of projects and grants administrative deliverables
- Acting as liaison between policy teams, finance team and funders
- Supporting high quality and timely grant reporting
- Maintain and update grant management systems
- Support subgrant management by acting as liaison between different teams
- Support coordination of funding proposals
- Support the overall functioning of the team depending on the needs
