Job Purpose This section summarizes the primary purpose of your job, the major overall responsibilities. Develop creative and innovative designs for various platforms including digital and print media. This involves designing marketing materials, presentations, infographics, social media assets, reports, and other visual content to support SALIC’s communication goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities This section describes the primary duties and responsibilities to give an accurate, complete picture of the job & details Key Result Area required for this position used for the performance management. Functional Responsibilities 1 Ensure consistency and adherence to SALIC’s brand guidelines across all design materials. Maintain and evolve brand visuals, graphics, and standards in collaboration with the marketing and communications team. 2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and conceptualize ideas that effectively communicate SALIC’s messages and values. 3 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables. 4 Proficiently use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools to create and edit visual content. 5 Ensure the accuracy and quality of all design work produced, reviewing proofs and final designs for errors before production or publication. 6 Adapt design styles and formats to suit various mediums and platforms, considering different audiences and communication channels.
Job Specifications Qualifications and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar fields.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
Work Experience Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience
