REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate is a graduate of a technical institute with electrical or mechanical background, digital acumen and interested in graphic design.

Skills that are also required are:

• Graphic design skills;
• Knowledge of In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator;
• Proactivity and interest in the digital field;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Organizational skills;
• Aptitude for teamwork and good interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English is preferred.

At the end of the path, the intern will have acquired knowledge and skills related to:

• Design of technical and commercial literature, also with automated systems, from information gathering to content structuring;
• Database management of technical data and source files for printing;
• Project management;
• Graphic design;
• Digital hands-on approach;
• Knowledge of a PIM to update product information and literature online

ABOUT THE ROLE

The internship path includes working alongside a Tutor, who will ensure the intern receives the necessary training.

At the end of the path, the intern will have acquired knowledge and skills related to:

• Design of technical and commercial literature, also with automated systems, from information gathering to content structuring;
• Database management of technical data and source files for printing;
• Project management;
• Graphic design;
• Digital hands-on approach;
• Knowledge of a PIM to update product information and literature online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a communications intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting graphic-related activities of the company.

The intern will be involved in the following activities:

• Coordination with graphic designers to homogenize all documentation according to the new ErP regulation;
• Support the Product Managers in preparing the model master database feeding online tools
• Support in organizing and setting up the product photo library to ensure its usage across the organization;
• Support the digital team in uploading updated product information and literature online;
• Creation and maintenance of the archive of photos, videos, presentations and documents of the company
