JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview
We are seeking a creative and multi-talented Senior Graphic Designer responsible for shaping the visual presence of ATS Life Sciences Systems. From our website, https://www.atslifesciences.com and digital campaigns to print and marketing collateral, you’ll design assets that tell a cohesive story across the customer journey. This role requires strong design skills, a modern aesthetic, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a hybrid setup at our Cambridge office.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets across email, website, print, presentations, social media, and other digital channels that align with Life Sciences Systems’ objectives
• Assist in photographing and archiving automation projects for marketing and sales
• Create and/or edit graphics and photos, source necessary imagery from stock imagery websites that complement the written content
• Adhere to brand guidelines and enforce brand image consistency
• Update PPT templates and assist with sales presentations
• Manage and maintain the digital asset library, tagging graphics within our digital asset management system
• Proficient in creating and editing both print and digital media
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on project concepts as necessary
• Delivers compelling designs that are on-brand
• Participate constructively in team meetings, working sessions, and problem-solving tasks

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in graphic design in a marketing environment
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative work across print and digital media
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, design trends, storytelling, and user experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (PC) and Figma
• Knowledge of pre-press file preparation (including font management and file linking)
• Experience with branding, icon development, and logo design
• Ability to make independent creative decisions and lead the design process with minimal input, ensuring alignment with high-level business objectives. Must be capable of driving creative direction and delivering impactful designs based on provided content and project requirements
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with photography/videography and video editing is a plus

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid role in the Cambridge office
