Job Description

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and support our campaign optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of how visual elements can enhance marketing campaigns and drive lead generation. This role will focus on creating visually compelling graphics for our website and marketing materials that align with our brand and campaign objectives following the Bosch guidelines.

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for our website, including banners, icons, infographics, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually engaging materials for campaigns, including email templates, social media graphics, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for conversion and align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Website Manager to implement design changes that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by creating variations of graphics and visual elements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations to improve overall campaign performance through visual enhancements.
