We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our Culture team. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Ability to stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them effectively in a business context.Experience with corporate branding and developing visual identities for internal or external communication.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Develop visual assets such as email headers, infographics, diagrams, charts, flyers, brochures, or posters for print or digital use to support communication, learning, or employer branding initiatives.
• Produce multimedia content, including animations, videos, and interactive elements, for communication and training purposes.
• Design and maintain templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
• Provide design input for intranet pages and templates, ensuring alignment with branding standards.Collaborate with the Culture team and Employee Communications team to create compelling visuals that meet company objectives.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
• Experience with video editing and animation software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs that enhance learning and retention.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across print and digital media.
