WHAT YOU’VE GOT:
- Minimum three years experience in a wide range of graphic design, including press, print, outdoor, online and multimedia.
- Advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
- Multimedia experience such as After Effects and Premiere is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously, in a deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and proven organisational skills
- Passionate about and up to date with digital and design trends
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A creative flair and passion for our brands
- Some knowledge of Figma, HTML/CSS and Content Management Systems (CMS) would be an advantage
- Please note, this role will be based at our Support Office in Abbotsford, Victoria!
At Funlab’s Support Office, we believe in a hybrid work model. This means we work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities:
- Create designs according to specifications and brand guidelines ensuring consistency and integration across all design channels
- Ability to read briefs and design projects from concept to execution
- Source, create and design artwork for and not limited to website, social media, print ads, point of sale, signage, digital advertising, video and EDM
- Conceptualise and create original designs
- Work with the Brand Managers and Digital Marketing Manager on promotional projects for Funlab brands.
- Oversee printing of venue point of sale and company materials, ensuring consistency and quality, and stock on hand at all times via tracking systems
- Create relationships with different printing companies gaining cost efficiencies and savings
- Keep all Funlab brands consistent through all design work
- Updating collateral and other pieces of all Funlab brands as the brands evolve
- Prioritise and time manage all design work
- Create daily and weekly action lists and report to the Lead Designer in Weekly WIPs
- Liaise with the Lead Designer to discuss current work priorities
- Create collateral log-book and appropriate filing systems for all Funlab creations for future reference
