JOB SUMMARY

Interra Networks Ltd is a leading provider of Information & Communication Technology solutions for the private and public sector. We develop, deploy & manage ICT products & services with a focus on the emerging markets of the world. We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design projects, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create beautiful images and compelling content that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience.

• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Develop innovative design concepts for print and digital media.
• Work closely with marketing, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously improve design skills through research and learning.
