Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling. You will work closely with various teams to create visually compelling designs and engaging video content that effectively communicate our brand message.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality visual designs for print and digital media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and promotional items.
- Video Editing: Create and edit engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, website promotions, and internal communications.
- Brand Development: Maintain and enhance the brand identity through consistent application of design elements across all platforms and materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and target audiences, ensuring designs meet strategic objectives.
- Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and layouts based on project briefs, feedback, and brand guidelines.
- Revisions: Revise and refine designs and video content based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final products meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative video edits.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
