We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Level 1 to join our team at Staff4Me. As a Graphic Designer Level 1, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing graphics for various projects. Your role will involve translating concepts into compelling designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

• Create visually engaging graphics for print and digital mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and develop design concepts.
• Follow design guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all visuals.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on constructive criticism.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage and organize design files and assets.
