Graphic Designer

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Graphic Designer! In this role, you will be creating visual content for various audience types including real estate owners, brokers, agents, and their clients. You will be working closely with the Marketing Team to create and update our marketing assets, ensuring they are in line with the latest trends in real estate and our evolving product offering.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of proven graphic design experience
A strong portfolio of digital and print designs
Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers
Experience working with WordPress and Figma is a plus

• Develop visual content for various audience types including social media graphics, print advertisements, brochures, yard signs, and exterior office signs.
• Update our existing library of marketing assets to keep them in line with the latest trends in real estate and our evolving product offerings.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create new and update existing projects.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to determine the content and overall look and feel of designs.
• Draft mockups and make revisions based on feedback to ensure the designs effectively communicate the goal of each marketing piece.
• Create graphics that capture attention, communicate effectively, and inspire the audience.
• Ensure that all designs align with our brand awareness strategy and meet the requirements for various digital platforms.
• Continuously learn and apply new design skills to stay ahead of industry trends.
