ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Graphic Production Manager to join our creative Technical Product Communications team. The team consists of 10 employees who all work together to continue to lead the product installation communication within the building industry by driving modernization of existing and future concepts.
As our new Graphic Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing our product installation instructions both for manual and digital use. You will be based in Hørsholm, and be part of a dynamic team that includes technical linguistic specialists, graphic designers, digital content developers and many more inspiring colleagues.

We are looking for a candidate who has +5 years of proven experience in project management within creative communication, graphic production in a global company or from the agency industry, which has resulted in a deep understanding of graphical/creative processes and operations.

• Be responsible for the graphic production, processes and high quality deliveries within the Technical Product Communications team.
• Coordinate and ensure the end-to-end delivery of product installation instructions together with the Procurement team.
• Lead the development of new product installation concepts and manage related projects from scoping to implementation towards the project launch.
• Be the project manager, evaluate incoming briefs and lead, plan and implement projects across Global Product Management.
• Oversee the delivery of different graphic product related assets using in-house and external resources.
• Be involved in product related projects ex. supporting digital tools, including AR, 3D animations and GenAI.
• Stay informed about trends within creative and graphic production, to continuously improve and optimize ways of working.
