THE OPPORTUNITY

CBRE Montreal’s National Investment Team is actively seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to create best in class promotional material and assist in the execution of a variety of marketing tasks. The qualified candidate must have advanced graphic design experience and be comfortable with layouts; he or she must demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent team spirit and a rigorous work ethic.
Main Responsibilities

- Produce high quality marketing materials including pitch presentations, property and portfolio flyers and brochures, online newsletters and social media campaigns;

- Bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing materials and practices and propose new avenues;

- Coordinate property photo shoots and manage invoicing with various suppliers;

- Act as coach and mentor for the junior graphic designer on the team;

- Other tasks may be added.
