Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Analyst to join our organization. As a GRC Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards and frameworks, coordinating audits, managing risks, and implementing best practices to safeguard organizational information and systems. You will also play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams through compliance processes and enhancing our overall security and compliance posture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Stay up to date with the latest and emerging regulations and standards Including NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, TISAX, PCI, and IRAP, ensuring the organization’s compliance with all applicable requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage internal and external audits for required compliance certifications, ensuring successful audit outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Internal and external auditors, prepare audit documentation, and facilitate audit activities to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and promote a culture of security and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and direction to teams throughout the compliance journey, ensuring their understanding and commitment to meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for compliance, fostering a culture of awareness and responsibility within the organization.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address vulnerabilities and risks identified in assessments and audits.
