YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

As a GRC Administrator & Reporting Lead you will be responsible for the following activities.

• Ensuring effective and efficient functioning of One GRC platform as a key component of the PMIs GRC environment, in order to facilitate robust risk management, enable implementation of “Three Lines” model within PMI and empower the business to reliably meet its objectives.
• Providing relevant and insightful GRC reporting to support analyzing data across the enterprise to identify and drive (facilitate and oversee) the mitigation of risks, which is owned by the “First Line” business functions.
• Providing support to One GRC users for their Business-As-Usual activities, technical (working in close collaboration with the IT support group) and operational business challenges with the platform.
• Being at the core front to assist One GRC users with their questions about how to use certain capabilities or functionalities of One GRC platform. Carrying out on behalf of One GRC users the justified tasks they cannot perform due to One GRC Access Model to ensure data quality and smooth processes within One GRC enabling ultimately GRC Office to provide relevant and insightful GRC reporting supporting analysis of data across the enterprise to identify and drive (facilitate and oversee) the mitigation of risks, which is owned by the “First Line” business functions.
• Seeking and implementing opportunities to increase the added business value perceived by senior teams (both within, but moreover, outside of IC) from the overall IC activities deployed through operating the One GRC platform and GRC reporting tools. You will be responsible to support the operation of the PMI’s GRC platform (One GRC) and deliver insightful GRC reporting and carrying out tasks within key GRC processes.
