POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Green Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and positioning Vector Green’s presence as a leading business partner in the sustainable energy sector. This dynamic position involves crafting and executing cohesive communication strategies across diverse platforms and audiences while driving the development and upkeep of essential marketing materials and databases. Your efforts will be instrumental in aligning the company’s messaging with its successes, ensuring that Vector Green’s story resonates powerfully with stakeholders and potential collaborators, reinforcing its impact in the green energy landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Educational Background:
  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  1. Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on managing or contributing to corporate presentations, sales decks, and other marketing materials.
  • Experience on web management, content updates, and optimizing online presence (website, SEO, etc.).
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices or working in an engineering-focused environment is a plus.
  1. Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in large databases and marketing materials.
  • Creative mindset and problem-solving skills, especially in developing content and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners in executing marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Management of marketing collaterals:
  • Design and update the company marketing collaterals, ensuring all content reflects the most recent successes and capabilities.
  1. Custodian of Corporate Decks:
  • Maintain and update the “mother deck” for the company, ensuring that all corporate messaging is consistent and aligned with current business objectives.
  • Ensure that any other decks used across departments are stored properly, updated regularly, and serve as standardized references for all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure that all presentations and materials reflect the latest developments in the company.
  1. Web Management
  • Oversee the company website, ensuring content is regularly updated, aligned with marketing goals, and reflects the latest company developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep the website’s messaging consistent with the company’s sustainability-focused solutions and business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and SEO to ensure the site remains an effective marketing tool.
  1. Sales and marketing support:
  • Support the execution of company-driven events or initiatives that allow us to showcase our sustainability-focused solutions to potential customers and partners.
  1. Management of Databases:

Customer Use Cases and Project Wins

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customer use cases and project wins, categorized by technology, market, and other key attributes.
  • Ensure that this database is regularly updated, providing a valuable reference for current and future customers, vendors, investors, and collaborators.

Customer database

  • Collaborate with suppliers and other partners to gather data from road shows and events to expand the customer database.
  • Use the databases to track and analyse company’s technology solutions, project successes, and market reach, providing valuable insights for both internal strategy and external communications.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Ensure all marketing assets and communication reflect the company’s commitment to sustainability and align with the broader corporate vision.Regularly assess and update marketing materials and databases to ensure they remain relevant and impactful as the company evolves.
