Klassen Greenhouse Farms is currently looking for a Greenhouse Supervisor to join our team!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Attention to detail is vital
· Must be a team player
· Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills.
· Supervisor experience with in a greenhouse farm is an asset
· Spanish is an asset
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Walking, standing, and heights
· Some moderate to heavy lifting
· Operating equipment ex. Scissor cart, golf cart, sprayers etc.

Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate greenhouse staff in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
· Motivate and lead the greenhouse team to improve performance and quality while ensuring work is done safely, efficiently, correctly and up to quality standards
· Assist in training all employees in the greenhouse to perform their jobs properly
· Monitor plant conditions and report any concerns to the Grower
· Monitor and report maintenance needs to the Grower
· Monitor and ensure that greenhouse employees are adhering to all hygiene protocols
