SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Grid Operations Specialist supports complex systems and tools that are used in the system control center whose operations include energy management system, PI Historian, SCADA and such systems. The specialist is a subject matter expert in automatic generation control and applications related to the energy imbalance market to support balancing authority operators.

• Work in client-facing roles to contribute towards the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex and large-scale technology solutions.
• Hands-on Experience
• Awareness and knowledge on Energy (Electricity/Gas) Market & Control Room Operations’ best-practices & standards would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
