Our stunning store in the heart of the magical Mangawhai community has been operating since October 2022. With grocery, butchery, seafood, deli, bakery, produce, liquor, chilled and frozen, online and checkout departments in a beautiful new store, we are bringing a new era of shopping to our wonderful customers.

With are currently seeking a Grocery 2IC / Assistant Manager to be part of the team!

• Listen to customers to find out what they want and need in one simple shop
• Work with the Dry Goods Manager to plan and coordinate all facets of the day-to-day operations of the grocery department
• Manage staff, stock, and merchandising
• Ensure staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers
• Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results
• Support the Dry Goods Manager to lead the Grocery Team and support other teams as needed
• Have a strong Health, Safety and Well-being focus and support the company focus and goals
