Description:
POSITION SUMMARY…
To provide customer service by completing assigned handheld device and modular activities, while maintaining a stocked and zoned salesfloor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

Responsibilities:
Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
Job Responsibility #2 Reviewing workload for Grocery area of the store.
Job Responsibility #3 Working merchandise, Cap bins and stock picks to support the Customer Availability Process.
Job Responsibility #4 Completing price changes and accurately signing merchandise.
Job Responsibility #5 Print, set and finalizing Modulars, set features and merchandising areas.
Job Responsibility #6 Completing Section Work – Modular integrity, PI and shelf capacity errors.
Job Responsibility #7 Working recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and complete zoning tasks in assigned areas.
Job Responsibility #8 Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
Job Responsibility #9 Assist and support other task teams as needed, in order to fulfill customer expectations.
