Description:
RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS…
To provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities. Ensuring a zoned and stocked salesfloor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Department Manager will function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
Job Responsibility #2 Delegate, assist and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks - Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks.
Job Responsibility #3 Delegate, assist and follow-up on the completion of price changes and feature sets.
Job Responsibility #4 Delegate, assist and follow-up on modular completion in assigned area.
Job Responsibility #5 Delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed, support with recovery and zoning activities.
Job Responsibility #6 Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
Job Responsibility #7 Ensuring associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage.
Job Responsibility #8 Training, coaching and offering feedback to associates.
