- Wholesale or retail grocery experience.
- A current fork hoist license.
- A positive team attitude with an “in it together” approach.
- Good physical fitness as there will be some heavy lifting involved.

- Experience working collaboratively with others in a group or team.
- High personal presentation standards.
- Excellent attention to detail that are accurate in all areas of work.
- A high degree of self-motivation that are reliable and consistent.
- A strong Health & Safety mindset.
- The ability to follow instructions and store procedures, as well as receiving constructive performance feedback.
