Ground Maintenance Foreman

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Ground Maintenance Foreman to join our expanding team at Landcraft. You will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of a diverse range of outdoor spaces, including parkland, supermarkets, public open areas, commercial and industrial properties, as well as private and social housing schemes.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous grounds maintenance experience at supervisory level.
• To have a can-do attitude and approach while working within a team.
• Full UK driving licence (we are not located on a bus route or close to a train station).
• PA1 & PA6 Herbicide application.
• CSCS card.
• Good working knowledge of grounds maintenance plant and machinery.

• Supervise and manage a team of grounds maintenance operatives, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within deadlines.
• Oversee daily tasks including grass cutting/strimming, litter picking/sweeping up and

maintaining planted/hard areas weed free through hand weeding and the use of herbicides.

• To be fully knowledgeable of Health and Safety regulations in working environment, to promote safe-working practices at all times.
• To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• To maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care.
