Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Aerospace or other related Engineering
• Experience in Backend Software Design, Architecture and Development.
• Experience in RESTful API, microservices-based architectures and message queues.
• Experience in Docker containerization techniques and Kubernetes
• Experience in AGILE Software Development Lifecycle (Kanban, SCRUM) is a plus
• Experience of modern SW V&V strategies, with particular focus on CI/CD DevOps technologies is a plus
• Operational Knowledge of CAMEO System Modeller or DOORS is a plus
• Experience with ESA ECSS processes is a plus
• Language skills: English fluent, German language skills are advantageous

• Analyse customer requirements and contribute to the definition of the adequate Software Architecture, ensuring robustness and compatibility with the already existing software modules.
• Support system level requirements definition and flow down into Software requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Integration and validation environment for overall testing and integration of Ground Segment Software.
• Perform Software Development, Integration and Validation tasks, together with general System Administration / SW documentation tasks.
• Conduct analysis on Software non-conformances, discrepancies and waivers
• Analyse data from validation tests to determine whether systems and processes meet required criteria and specifications
