Responsibilities:
- Monitor and research regulatory changes and communicate with general manager on necessary updates.
- Work with finance personnel to ensure required paperwork is provided on a timely basis for billing activities.
- Ensure that annual training is provided for fuel agents, including annual life fire extinguisher training and reports completion to facilities coordinator and occupational health and safety committee.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s vision, mission, and values.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training and other educational opportunities.
- Protect Company values by keeping information confidential.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety programs to promote an incident and injury free culture
