Aufgaben:

• Prepare, and execute Ground Tests for electrical and mechanical systems installation
• Demonstrate conformity within aircraft systems to the design specifications
• Initiate actions to isolate, document and ultimately eliminate any deviations detected
• Prepare the aircraft and workstation surroundings for ground tests on various avionics and electrical systems, in a safe environment
• Organize documentation of any non-conformity in the SAP NC system and initiate associated retests (Repeat Test Instruction) after finalization of rework
• Perform troubleshooting T/S on test systems and on aircraft systems
• Clarify problems with the engineering department and reporting to the production line management

Qualifikationen:

• You feel at ease in production environments and enjoy collaborating with international teams
• Experience with executing GTI (Ground Test Instructions) ideally on Airbus A320/A321 program or other Airbus programs such as A330, A340, A350, A400M…
• Technical know-how of the following toolset : ZAMIZ/AIRINA, MyDoc, TANDEM/SKYWISE, SAP PEA/ARP, MES
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and tools used in the production line
• Knowledge of industrial technical process
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
