EOSOL Group is looking for a new metro station construction project in Oslo, a GROUND WORKS PROJECT MANAGER
The Ground Works PM has operational responsibility for the project. This involves responsibility for Subcontractor management including finances, site progress, personnel responsibility, planning sequence of delivery, execution, quality, HSE and the external environment.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Engineer or civil engineer degree, documented experience required, experience on similar projects will be an advantage.
Broad project experience. Minimum 3-7 years working in similar projects is preferable.
Fluent in Norwegian & English. Desirable knowledge of Spanish

The role and responsibilities of the Ground Works PM include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare detailed plans, including resource plans for: crews, equipment and purchasing
Prepare short-term progress plans
Assist the senior project manager with production calculations, budgets, forecasts/estimates, post-calculations and general financial reporting for the project
Reconcile cost plans
Carry out risk assessments for operations
Managerial responsibility for Subcontractor works and personnel assigned to the project tasks
Responsibility for personnel following the management system and their areas of responsibility
