We are looking to recruit a sales professional to join our busy Groundcare business, to sell groundcare machinery and aftermarket services within the Shropshire and Staffordshire area from our Stourport depot.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to build successful relationships with customers through effective time and territory management and, equally important, will foster strong associations with suppliers. Knowledge of one or more of our key franchises, including Toro, Iseki, Amazone etc., is an advantage, particularly if you have the practical capability to demonstrate and install their products.
We would love to hear from anyone with hands on experience of groundcare machinery and who is now looking to move into sales. We will provide the necessary training you need to take this next step in your career and equip you with skills and knowledge to be successful.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying customers and maintaining the customer database
- Enquiry and lead handling
- Machinery demonstrations
- Creating quotes and customer orders
- Product installations
- Stock control of second-hand equipment
- Supplier negotiating and relationship building
