We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Operative to join our Facilities Management team at North Middlesex University Hospital in Edmonton. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week from 7am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Grounds Supervisor.
- Maintain the hospital grounds to a professional standard including emptying outdoor bins, litter picking and road sweeping
- Carry out snow clearing
- Strimming, mowing, weeding, seasonal clearance of fallen leaves and removal of fallen branches
- Use relevant tools and equipment, drive company vehicles and machinery safely
- Assist trades staff in maintenance work when needed
- Assist with stores / move stock and materials
- Working 40 hours per week, from 07:00 to 15:30, Monday to Friday
