We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting Business / Functional Analyst with a focus on financial consolidation and reporting processes. This role will report to the Global Process Owner and requires end-to-end support for the group reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial consolidation, and driving process optimisation across multiple entities

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting Business / Functional Analyst with a focus on financial consolidation and reporting processes. This role will report to the Global Process Owner and requires end-to-end support for the group reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial consolidation, and driving process optimisation across multiple entities.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting and ECC, along with a solid background in financial reporting, consolidation, and project management.

What you will do?

  • Model, analyse, monitor, and continuously improve group reporting processes and applications within the SAP S/4 HANA environment.
  • Support the Global Process Owner for Group Reporting space, ensuring optimal process design and execution, especially in financial consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
  • Collaborate on solutions with user experience and regulatory compliance as top priorities.
  • Ensure all group reporting processes adhere to local and international regulatory requirements, including IFRS and GAAP.
  • Regularly review and update compliance-related documentation and processes to ensure alignment with changing regulations.

What you’ll bring to the role?

  • Group Reporting Systems Proficiency: Expertise in financial consolidation software, ERP systems (especially SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting), and data analytics tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in analysing processes, identifying issues, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and the ability to ensure that group reporting processes comply with local and international regulations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders and provide clear user support.
  • Business Process Governance: Knowledge of governance frameworks and process management tools, particularly SAP Signavio.
