WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 5 + years working within Insurance/ Group Benefits Management, handling multiple clients
- Advanced Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint – paper-free environment)
- Experience with CRMs
- Proven excellence with customers
- Consistent attention to Detail
- Positive, collaborative and supportive colleague
- LLQP is considered an asset
- Sales experience is considered an asset but not required
- Experience or willingness to learn how to own the company’s social media posts/engagement (3 posts a week) using Canva for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in group benefits and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key point of contact for multiple client accounts, you will play a critical role in maintaining trust, providing insightful benefit analyses, and offering tailored recommendations to meet evolving client needs.
- Client Account Management: Maintain and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring all records are organized, accurate, and up to date to provide seamless service delivery.
- Annual Benefit Analysis and Projections: Prepare and present detailed yearly benefit reviews and projections to clients, identifying opportunities to align benefits with their evolving needs and organizational goals.
- Market Research and Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes in group benefits, proactively sharing insights and adjustments that may benefit clients.
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement: Provide thoughtful recommendations to address client concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and suggest improvements to internal processes to enhance service delivery.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster trust and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Social Media Management: Manage and oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and values while engaging current and potential clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support client success and contribute to broader team objectives.
- Education and Client Guidance: Educate clients about their benefit options and assist in navigating plan changes or updates to ensure informed decision-making.
- Administrative Support: Handle additional administrative duties as required, ensuring smooth daily operations and an efficient workflow.
