EXPERIENCE

• Excellent financial analysis skills
• Excellent Excel modelling, PowerPoint, and presentation (written and verbally) skills
• Financial advisory experience within M&A or Business/Financial control experience within corporate environment or equivalent experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now looking for a talented individual to take a central role in the Group Finance team and work closely with local finance and management teams within the group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Group management reporting process in collaboration with the Group Finance team, continuously enhancing reporting models, presentations, processes, and structure while ensuring efficient reporting from local Finance teams.
• Design and implement a global reporting infrastructure for a hyper-growth company, supported by advisors/consultants. This includes transitioning from Excel to more automated reporting tools.
• Prepare and present business review materials for the Group Management team, and contribute to sections of Board presentations.
• Support M&A projects with financial modelling and assist in integrating acquired companies into the Group’s reporting structure, along with other post-acquisition activities within Finance.
• Drive ad-hoc finance projects, working closely with advisor teams when relevant.
• Collaborate with the Group CFO, CEO, and local CFOs/Finance teams to ensure alignment and support across finance operations.
• Develop and scale the Group business control team, playing a central role in building the Group’s finance capabilities.
