POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Title: Group Close Restructuring and Restatements - AVP
Location: Manila
Corporate Title : Assistant Vice President
The Group Close team governs the monthly Financial process thay provides a golden source financial information data set upon which all internal and external reporting is based. Restructuring and Restatements Process encompasses changes in the organizational structure arising from management decisions, and the bank’s strategies. With these changes, financials are aligned accordingly for steering purposes and comparability reasons. The role is a Team Lead role responsible for process, risk, stakeholder, people management. It is the point of contact of the business in relation to the Restructuring & Restatement process. The role involves processing, stakeholder management bridging the process and governance to the business, ensuring that the business is able to understand and adhere to the set Restructuring and Restatement requirements as well as performing quality check to ensure adherence. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this function.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Accountancy. It is highly preferred that you have have relevant experience in people and process leasdership, Accounting functions, financial reporting, preferably in a financial institution, and is knowledgeable in SAP and updated in IFRS policies.
