Description:

In the role of Group Director of People & Culture you are responsible for leading the People & Culture team in all of our regions. You ensure high levels of team member engagement while leading the team to provide heartfelt service. With the support from your Regional Directors you oversee all operational HR processes including team member relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, compliance as well as the annual budget process. You translate the corporate strategy into regional plans leaving room for internal development and with a strong focus on employer branding. This role is located in our beautiful office located in the city center of Amsterdam.

To succeed in this role we are looking for someone that:

  • Has at least 3-5 years experience in an HR leadership role preferably in Hospitality or a lifestyle service based industry with a global company
  • Is an expert in employment law for one of our major regions and basic labor relations knowledge in the other regions of operations
  • Ability to deliver presentations / trainings in a concise, well-organized manner
  • Has excellent social, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Has an advanced level of English, both written and verbal communication. Dutch is a plus
  • Is available for occasional travel
